The Design Engineer II will perform engineering analysis, create new designs, and support manufacturing through testing and problem-solving. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and interact with customers to ensure technical requirements and design intent are met.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in 3D modeling software, stress analysis, and GD&T is required, along with U.S. citizenship due to ITAR regulations.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, or designee, this is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the Kahr Bearing Engineering team responsible for design, development, and testing of new and existing products and supporting manufacturing. This position will collaborate with all areas of the organization, including engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and sales, to provide a solution to the customers’ design challenges.
Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee must be a U.S. Citizen.
Employees will participate in understanding, implementing and maintaining the Company Quality Policy in accordance with AS-9100 and/or ISO-9001 requirements.
The employee will be required to move throughout the building to collect, handle and process production parts.
