Provide high-quality virtual care to patients of all ages, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation. Collaborate with provider teams to manage acute and chronic conditions while maintaining accurate patient records.
Requires a board certification in Family Medicine or dual Internal Medicine/Pediatrics and at least 3 years of post-residency experience in Urgent or Primary Care. Must possess an active state medical license and be residing in an IMLC state.
We're looking for a board-certified physician with broad clinical expertise and a passion for improving healthcare access and quality. You'll provide care to patients of all ages across a wide range of conditions, maintain accurate and current patient records, and work collaboratively with our provider and support teams. You should have at least 3 years of post-residency experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings. This role will report to the Medical Director of Urgent Care.
\nResponsibilities:Part-Time: 20hrs/wk min - $108.17 per hour on average with guaranteed base + benefits. Additionally, Included Health offers productivity incentives for employees who exceed the visit target. Details of the incentive structure will be discussed during the interview process.
