The Director of Learning and Teaching will lead the College's vision for learning through evidence-informed curriculum, pedagogy, and instructional best-practice. They are responsible for overseeing curriculum initiatives, whole-school improvement projects, and ensuring compliance with secondary education standards.
Successful applicants must possess a thorough knowledge of secondary curriculum requirements, assessment frameworks, and senior secondary pathways. Experience in leading curriculum initiatives, coaching teachers, and managing school review processes is required.
