The Managing Director is responsible for establishing and expanding the British subsidiary, including developing market-specific sales strategies and acquiring new customers. Key duties include recruiting and leading a local team, managing budgets, and reporting KPIs to the headquarters.
Candidates must have a degree in civil engineering and at least seven years of professional experience in structural analysis or CAD/FEM software sales. Strong knowledge of the British construction software market and a willingness to travel are essential.
