The Director of Operations leads all field operations, production performance, and operational execution across landscape, grounds maintenance, and snow operations. This role is responsible for managing production managers, ensuring safety compliance, and aligning operational performance with financial targets.
Requires a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and at least 5 years of experience in the landscape industry. Candidates must have proven leadership experience managing commercial landscape operations in the $10-$30 million revenue range and hold a valid Ohio Driver's License.
