The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce machined parts according to specific programs and tolerances. Duties include downloading programs, changing cutters, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and knowledge of CNC equipment and precision measuring tools. Experience with Mazak, HAAS, or Johnford mills is preferred, though the company is willing to train candidates with limited experience.

Summary/objective: Dienamic Tooling Systems (DTS) is seeking a CNC Operator to join their 2nd shift team! The CNC Operator will be responsible for producing machined parts by setting up and operating CNC machines. The ideal candidate would have general knowledge of the setup and operation of 3-axis vertical mills - preferably Mazak, Johnford, and HAAS.
Candidates with limited CNC experience/knowledge are encouraged to apply! DTS is willing to train as needed.
THIS IS A SECOND SHIFT POSITION: M-F, 2:30 PM TO 10:30 PM
Download programs and MDI (Manual Data Input) as needed.
Ability to run your own details.
Setup and machine to the proper programs and tolerances required.
Recheck setups, change cutters and inserts, and make adjustments as needed to achieve the best possible results.
Maintain appropriate tools and keep current on calibration.
Keep work area clean.
Follow all safety rules and report unsafe work conditions to management.
Regular attendance at work during scheduled work hours.
Employees may be requested to perform other job functions as required.
Candidate must have high school or equivalent education.
Candidate must have valid driver’s license
Work environment: Manufacturing environment
Candidate must have full use of all limbs.
Candidate must be able to read and speak English.
Candidate must be able to lift 40 pounds.
Position type and expected hours of work: Full time. Second Shift, M-F, 2:30 pm to 10:30pm. Some overtime might be required.
Travel: None.
