Responsible for evaluating and optimizing manufacturing and CAPA processes to ensure regulatory compliance and product consistency. Leads end-to-end validation lifecycles for new and existing products while driving continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering with at least 2 years of experience in the IVD, medical, or pharmaceutical industry. Must have proven experience in process, product, or method validation and a strong understanding of statistical quality tools.

Responsible for evaluating and optimizing manufacturing, and CAPA processes to improve product consistency ensure regulatory compliance and increase productivity. Responsible for end-to-end validation lifecycles for new and existing products while applying strong business acumen to balance quality requirements with operational efficiency. Supports all applicable regulations including but not limited to FDA, ISO13485.
