The LPN is responsible for administering routine medications and providing personal care and support to senior residents. Key duties include monitoring resident health, documenting functional status, and assisting with activities of daily living.
Candidates must hold an active LPN license in the state of employment and have experience in medication administration and working with older adults. Basic First Aid training and knowledge of HIPAA and assisted living guidelines are required.
This position administers routine medications to residents in accordance with state regulations while also providing personal care services, assistance, and support to residents.
