The ideal candidate has proven experience owning growth or marketing outcomes in a B2B environment. You must demonstrate strong strategic judgment, hands-on execution skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

We are a small, profitable company with an established product and customers. We have built a strong commercial foundation. Our next stage is about increasing our hands-on capacity, making deliberate choices about where to focus, and continuing to improve how we measure commercial impact.
We are looking for an experienced Growth Lead to build on that foundation, shape our next stage of growth with the team, turn company goals and customer insight into clear priorities, and contribute directly to the work that matters most.
The roleYou will report directly to the CEO, work closely with growth, product and engineering, and engage directly with customers.
You will lead the development and execution of our growth roadmap, combining experience from other B2B environments with the company and market knowledge already present in the team.
This is a hands-on role. You will help decide what should be scaled, tested, maintained or stopped while developing a focused and effective growth function.
We work as a lean team where people are trusted to own meaningful areas and make decisions independently within clear company priorities.
What you’ll doExperience with B2B SaaS, developer tools, technical infrastructure or marketing to software companies would be useful, but it is not essential.
You do not need to have held a particular executive title. We care about what you have owned, the decisions you have made and the results you have produced.
