Sie betreuen als erfahrener Relationship-Managerin ein eigenes Kundenportfolio im Segment Wealth Management und erfüllen eigenverantwortlich den Auftrag, Ihre Kundinnen umfassend zu beraten und ihre Bedarfe zu erfüllen. In dieser Aufgabe sind Sie erster Ansprechpartnerin und Gesicht der Bank gegenüber den Kundinnen und in den Markt im Segment Wealth Management.
Ihre Kernkompetenz ist die Vermögensanlageberatung. Im Sinne des ganzheitlichen Ansatzes umfasst dies die Beratung zu sämtlichen (Wertpapier-)Produkten und Dienstleistungen in Wealth Management. Sie führen Beratungsgespräche routiniert zu einem erfolgreichen Abschluss.
Mit Ihren stark ausgeprägten verkäuferischen Fähigkeiten erschließen Sie den Kundinnen die gesamte Produkt- und Dienstleistungspalette in Wealth Management und ziehen situativ Spezialistinnen hinzu, um weitere, komplexe Bedarfe der Kundinnen zu bedienen (z.B. für großvolumige PMP, komplexe Vorsorgebedarfe, Baufinanzierung).
Sie akquirieren Neukundinnen im Segment Wealth Management und bauen das Geschäftsvolumen aus.
Sie beraten ganzheitlich, die regulatorischen Anforderungen an das Wertpapiergeschäft berücksichtigend und führen strukturierte Strategiegespräche unter Einsatz der zur Verfügung stehenden Tools, Prozesse und Hilfsmittel.
Sie nutzen erfolgreich bestehende Kundenbeziehungen und Ihre kommunikativen Fähigkeiten zur Gewinnung von weiteren Kontakten und Neukundinnen und pflegen persönliche Kundenbeziehungen mit dem Ziel der langfristigen Kundenbindung.
Sie haben eine Ausbildung zur Bankkauffrau/zum Bankkaufmann, eine weiterführende Ausbildung und/oder Studium sind wünschenswert.
Sie haben Beratungserfahrung im Privatkundenbereich und bringen umfassende Kenntnisse zum MiFiD-konformen Beratungsprozess und zum Produktspektrum ein.
Ihre fundierten Kenntnisse im Bereich Investments inkl. Finanzmarktentwicklungen sowie Ihre guten Erfahrungen in der Terminvereinbarung zur Ausschöpfung der Kundenpotentiale ergänzen Ihre Kompetenzen.
Sie zeigen ein hohes Maß an Kunden- und Serviceorientierung und Ihr Auftreten den Kundinnen gegenüber ist souverän, kompetent und freundlich.
Sie haben Freude daran im Team zu arbeiten, zeigen Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
