Operate the 50/50 Raffle during home games by selling tickets and educating fans on the Foundation's mission. Coordinate equipment setup and supervise raffle volunteers to ensure a professional guest experience.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and comfortable using technology in a high-stress, fast-paced environment. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs is required.
The Detroit Red Wings Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our seasonal, part-time 50/50 Raffle Event Staff. In this role, you will help operate the Detroit Red Wings 50/50 Raffle during all home games at Little Caesars Arena, creating an engaging fan experience while supporting the Foundation's charitable mission.
Working closely with the Raffle Managers, you will assist with raffle operations, including ticket sales, volunteer support, fan education, equipment setup, and troubleshooting throughout each game. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are comfortable using technology.
Every ticket sold helps support the Detroit Red Wings Foundation's community initiative while giving fans the opportunity to win 50% of the game's jackpot.
