Nous offrons un poste permanent à temps plein (32 à 35 heures par semaine), sans soirs ni week-ends, dans un environnement dynamique, humain et collaboratif où votre travail fait réellement une différence.
Accueillir les patients et assurer une expérience client chaleureuse et professionnelle
Gérer les appels téléphoniques, les courriels et la prise de rendez-vous
Assurer la gestion des horaires et la coordination des rendez-vous
Effectuer les tâches administratives, incluant la facturation et le suivi des dossiers patients
Collaborer avec l’équipe clinique afin d’assurer le bon déroulement des activités quotidiennes.
Expérience dans le domaine dentaire
Excellentes aptitudes en service à la clientèle
