The Buyer is responsible for executing the purchase of production equipment, spare parts, and facility materials while collaborating with engineering and operations teams. They lead price negotiations, manage supplier relationships, and track purchase orders to ensure delivery timelines align with production needs.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in supply chain management or a related field and at least 3 years of technical procurement experience in a manufacturing environment. Fluency in English and intermediate proficiency in Mandarin are required.
