The Registered Manager will oversee the daily operations of a residential care service, ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and legislation. They are responsible for leading and developing the care team while maintaining high standards of quality, safeguarding, and financial performance.
Candidates must hold an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification. Previous experience in a management role within a care setting and a strong understanding of regulatory compliance are essential.
