The agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while conducting showings and open houses. They are responsible for advising clients on market conditions and coordinating with legal and financial professionals to close transactions.
Candidates must possess a valid real estate license and have proven experience or a strong interest in real estate sales. Strong communication, negotiation skills, and knowledge of local property laws are highly valued.
