Own the tax function for venture capital fund clients, including the preparation and review of federal and state partnership tax returns. Manage the production and delivery of K-1s while serving as the internal expert on fund-level tax matters.
Requires an active CPA license and over 5 years of experience in partnership tax specifically within fund structures like venture capital or private equity. Must be fluent in Form 1065 and familiar with fund accounting concepts such as waterfall mechanics.

As we scale, we need a senior CPA to own the tax function for our fund clients, from partnership tax preparation and review through K-1 delivery.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You will prepare and review partnership tax returns, coordinate K-1 production and delivery, and serve as the internal expert on fund-level tax questions. If your background is in individual tax, corporate tax, or large-firm compliance work with no exposure to pass-through entities and fund structures, this is not the right fit. If you have spent meaningful time in partnership tax, ideally in the fund administration, private equity, or venture capital space, keep reading.
