Requires 3+ years of experience in HR or People Operations with specific knowledge of German employment administration and payroll. Must be fluent in English and possess at least B2 level proficiency in German.

We’re looking for a People Operations Manager who enjoys being the person who keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes while helping create a great employee experience.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves variety. One day you might be preparing contracts and coordinating payroll information; the next, you’ll be supporting managers with employee questions, helping onboard new team members, planning company events, or improving the way we do things.
You don’t need to have seen every HR situation before. What matters most is that you’re curious, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You take ownership of your work, ask questions when needed, admit mistakes when they happen, and use feedback as an opportunity to grow.
While this position is primarily remote, 1x/wk in-office presence in Berlin is required.
