The Patient Care Technician provides direct, hands-on dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal disease under the supervision of an RN. Responsibilities include monitoring patient vitals, maintaining dialysis equipment, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.
Candidates must possess an accredited high school diploma or GED and be comfortable working with blood and medical equipment. The role requires physical stamina for long shifts and the flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays.
