The Nurse Informaticist translates clinical user needs into IT solutions to improve patient care and population health outcomes. They collaborate with clinical and business leaders to manage stakeholder relationships and ensure consistency in care delivery and documentation.
The role requires an in-depth understanding of clinical objectives and the ability to elicit requirements from diverse clinical and technical teams. Candidates must be proficient in managing design artifacts and conducting training sessions for clinical and business partners.
Nurse Informaticist analyzes and translates clinical user needs to guide IT solutions to align with clinical workflows, aid patient care, and improve population-level health outcomes. This role is primarily tasked with translating clinical objectives to meet strategic goals needed in transforming patient care. The Nurse Informaticist role collaborates with both clinical and business leaders, managing key stakeholder relationships. This role actively demonstrates independent decision making and autonomy within IT solutioning.

Develop and manage a collaborative relationship between key stakeholders
Clinical SME and consultant on behalf of the CMIO in various projects, meetings, and groups.

The Salary Range for the role is $85,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year.
