The Registered Nurse will deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting, monitoring health changes and managing treatment plans. They will also collaborate with clinical teams and educate patients and their families on kidney health and treatment options.
Candidates must hold an active RN license in the state of practice and possess an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN). Reliable transportation is required to facilitate floating between various clinic locations.
DaVita is seeking a Float Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team. In this role, you'll provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. No dialysis experience required—just a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care. .
Position will float to Northfield, Faribault, Mankato, Rochester clinics and additional clinics as needed.
