The Registered Nurse will manage a caseload of Home Hemodialysis patients, providing clinical care and conducting home visits. They are responsible for training patients and caregivers on dialysis procedures and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Candidates must hold a valid RN license in the state of practice and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. An Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) is required, while a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
