Provide empathetic nursing care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease in an outpatient dialysis setting. Collaborate with a team to deliver unique treatment plans for patients with multiple co-morbidities.
Requires a current LPN-LVN license, CPR certification, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Preference is given to candidates with one year of clinical experience and BONENT or CHT certification.
