Oversee maintenance operations for a single-family home rental portfolio, including vendor management and preventive maintenance scheduling. Coordinate work orders, conduct property inspections, and ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards.
Requires 5+ years of maintenance or facilities management experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Must possess technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, along with a valid driver's license.
