Candidates should have experience with manual handling and operating large vehicles, along with a strong focus on safety and customer service. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a 7-year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse are required.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused driver who can operate a box truck (26 feet) across the Gardena, CA area. You will be collecting sharps and medical waste containers from our healthcare customer locations and delivering a high level of customer service daily. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, stable hours, access to some OT and good benefits. Our vehicle fleet is modern and well-maintained. \nWhat will your job involve?
Collect, deliver, and store medical waste containers at customer sites
Provide professional, courteous service and build positive customer relationships
Operate 26ft box trucks safely in all conditions
Complete routes on time and communicate delays or issues as they arise
Load and unload containers; organize your truck and day to meet your schedule
Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report issues immediately
Follow DOT regulations, log hours correctly, and support roadside inspections
Work with dispatch and teammates to resolve route or customer problems
Own up to mistakes, report incidents accurately, and follow through on fixes
What are we looking for?
Delivery experience within any industry where you have dealt with manual handling (advantageous not mandatory)
Willingness to work full time hours, approx. 40 hours a week
Experience with pre-trip and post-trip vehicle evaluations
Passing our 7 Year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse
A flexible, can-do attitude with a strong customer focus
Experience operating vehicles in a safe manner (as large as 26 ft box trucks)
Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, roadside inspections
Confident in a road check level 1 through level 3
Proven longevity in past employment
