Provides complex administrative and office support, including scheduling, document preparation, and data entry. Acts as a liaison between students, faculty, and external entities while maintaining confidential records.
Requires an Associate degree with one year of experience or a High School diploma with three years of administrative experience. Proficiency in computer applications and strong organizational skills are essential.
Performs administrative and office support activities for supervisors which include complex and confidential projects requiring initiative and attention to detail and the ability to work in a multitasked environment.
Must provide flexible, responsive, and high-quality customer service and interpersonal skills.
Understands the organizational structure and services provided by different departments to best serve stakeholders and constituents.
Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask/prioritize work to support organizational needs to meet deadlines and timeframes.
Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in personal computer applications and good organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
Demonstrate ability to work with confidential information with discretion and use independent judgement to handle non-routine information and explain policies and procedures to stakeholders and constituents.
Must have proven organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in writing and handling business correspondence.
Normal physical job functions are performed within a standard office environment.
