Job Summary:

The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring effective execution of HR operations, employee relations, recruitment support, onboarding, performance management, and compliance activities.

This role acts as a key HR partner to employees and managers, ensuring that HR processes are implemented professionally, consistently, and in alignment with company policies, business needs, and organizational culture.

The Senior HR Generalist plays a critical role in enhancing employee experience, maintaining HR discipline, and supporting the company’s growth through reliable HR practices and strong people support.

Key Responsbilities:

  • Manage and support day-to-day HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, leaves, letters, and employee documentation.
  • Support the recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and hiring documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and professional joining experience for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records, HR files, contracts, and official documents in line with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide professional HR support regarding policies, procedures, benefits, attendance, and general HR matters.
  • Support employee relations activities and assist in resolving workplace issues in a fair, confidential, and professional manner.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, permissions, and related HR transactions, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
  • Support payroll preparation by reviewing and submitting monthly HR inputs such as attendance, absences, leaves, overtime, deductions, and employee changes.
  • Participate in performance management activities including probation evaluations, appraisal follow-up, and performance documentation.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and internal communications.
  • Support training and development activities, including coordination, tracking, and follow-up with employees and managers.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and analysis related to headcount, turnover, attendance, recruitment, and employee status.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor law requirements, and internal HR governance standards.
  • Contribute to improving HR processes, employee experience, and overall organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll inputs, and performance management.
  • Good understanding of labor law, HR policies, and employee documentation requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems, attendance systems, or HRIS is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to prepare HR reports and summaries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Good command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
