Maintain a clean, organized build area and follow all shop safety practices
Meet production schedules and communicate proactively on any build issues or material shortages
Required Qualifications
2+ years of industrial panel building or electrical assembly experience
Proficiency reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
Hands-on experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar)
Competence with hand tools, power tools, and wire processing equipment
Working knowledge of NEC and UL 508A panel wiring standards
Ability to wire from 10 AWG down to 22 AWG control wire
Strong attention to detail and workmanship standards
Ability to work independently and manage time across concurrent panel builds
Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent trade certification
Prior experience with field installation or panel commissioning support
