The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for developing local partnerships, managing events, and overseeing canvassing efforts to drive lead generation. They will recruit and coach a team of Brand Ambassadors while tracking KPIs and maintaining CRM accuracy.
Candidates need 2-4+ years of supervisory experience in field marketing or outside sales, preferably within the construction or lead generation industries. A valid driver's license and the ability to work retail hours, including weekends, are required.
