The Field Service Technician provides technical support for computer applications and hardware by troubleshooting issues and performing maintenance. They collaborate with internal teams to restore services and maintain accurate logs of all technical problems.
Candidates must have at least one year of hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and a valid driver's license. The role requires the physical ability to lift 75lbs and the flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Position Summary
The Field Service Technician provides technical support to the organization's internal users of computer applications and hardware (e.g., PCs, servers, mainframes). Answers questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, systems status and downtime procedures and is typically located within a call center. Collaborates with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development in order to restore service and/or identify problems. Maintains a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolution of problems.

$18.50 - $31.72This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
