The Retail Store Associate provides differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving service issues while maintaining the sales floor and inventory. They also perform accurate cashier duties and support various departments, including pharmacy and photo services, to ensure operational efficiency.
Candidates must be at least 16 years of age and capable of meeting physical requirements such as standing for sustained periods and lifting up to 35 lbs. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required, and previous retail or customer service experience is considered a plus.
