Provide direct personal care and daily assistance to clients with varying medical needs, including feeding, toileting, and medication management. Document client goals and behaviors while facilitating engaging activities and community-based outings.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous healthcare experience preferred. Candidates must obtain First Aid/CPR and Medication Management certifications within six months of hire.
