The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will conduct patient rounds and manage mental health needs across various senior living and long-term care facilities. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop therapeutic care plans, prescribe medications, and provide education to patients and their families.
Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and possess ANCC certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. An active DEA license, current state NP license, and BLS/ACLS certifications are also required.

This role requires travel to and from one or more assigned facilities.
