The Site Quality Engineer will lead corrective action processes and ensure products meet quality standards like IATF, APQP, and PPAP. They will also drive continuous improvement initiatives and support product launches using Lean methodologies and quality tools.
Candidates should possess a college or university degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience. A minimal to intermediate level of relevant work experience is required, with ASQ CQE certification preferred.

Lead effective containment and corrective action processes to quickly resolve customer issues and prevent recurrence
Ensure products and processes meet quality standards (IATF, APQP, PPAP) to maintain compliance and customer satisfaction
Support change management and VPI initiatives by validating product and process performance and enabling data-driven decisions
Serve as a quality subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams
Drive continuous improvement using Lean, problem-solving methodologies, and quality tools to enhance performance and reduce defects
Support and conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to internal and external standards
Contribute to safe and successful product launches by supporting Safe Launch and verification activities
Apply AIAG core tools to strengthen quality planning, risk mitigation, and overall process reliability
