Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of CNC and conventional machine shop equipment through preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance. Drive continuous improvement via TPM and Kaizen projects to reduce MTTR and improve OEE.
Requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with strong knowledge of machine tools, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Proficiency in troubleshooting, safety standards (LOTO), and familiarity with PLC or robotics is highly advantageous.
