About CTS Group
CTS Group is a fast-growing international design and build company specializing in data center development across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). We combine engineering excellence, innovation, and digital transformation to deliver high-performance, sustainable, and future-ready data center solutions.
With over 40 nationalities represented across our teams, CTS fosters a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture where innovation and technical precision drive every project. Beyond construction, CTS develops digital systems and standardized modular data center units to meet the evolving needs of hyperscalers, colocation providers, and enterprise clients.
Our proven track record and strong partnerships have established CTS as a trusted industry leader delivering large-scale, complex data center facilities with speed, efficiency, and excellence.
Role Overview
The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems across multiple data centre projects. Based in the Dublin office, the role requires regular travel to live sites—predominantly in Scandinavia—to ensure that quality standards, QA/QC procedures, and project-specific requirements are consistently met across all stages of design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with client requirements, international standards, and internal quality frameworks, while driving a culture of continuous improvement across projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) across all data centre projects.
Ensure alignment with ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001) and client-specific quality requirements.
Lead the preparation, review, and approval of Project Quality Plans (PQPs), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements.
Conduct regular site visits across Scandinavian projects to monitor quality compliance and workmanship.
Perform internal quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to approved procedures and specifications.
Work closely with Project Directors, Construction Managers, and Site Teams to embed quality into day-to-day operations.
Review quality documentation, inspection records, and test results.
Engage with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors on quality-related matters.
Oversee quality documentation control, including inspection records, test certificates, and quality reports.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of quality performance, KPIs, and trends to senior management.
Support project handover processes, ensuring quality documentation is complete and compliant.
Promote a strong quality culture across projects and teams.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and standardisation across projects and regions.
Required Skills and Experience
Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification (or equivalent) is desirable.
Proven experience in a Quality Manager or Senior QA/QC role within construction, ideally in data centres, mission-critical facilities, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
Experience working across multiple sites and international projects is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of quality systems, audits, and construction QA/QC processes.
In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management best practices.
Familiarity with data centre standards, commissioning processes, and critical systems is an advantage.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, inspection regimes, and compliance requirements.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Confident working independently while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently across the Scandinavian region.
What we Offer
A senior position with substantial impact on CTS’s European growth trajectory.
Direct Collaboration with the global leadership team and exposure to large-scale international projects.
