The permanent substitute teacher is responsible for implementing lesson plans and maintaining classroom routines in the absence of the regular teacher. They must also ensure appropriate student behavior and maintain professional relationships with school faculty and staff.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and have completed the district's substitute workshop. A strong commitment to the company's mission and values is required.
