  • Monitor utilization, project progress, and operational reporting
  • Support continuous improvement in processes, communication, and field execution
  • Collaborate with leadership on planning, forecasting, and operational strategy

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management in wind, blade repair, or related industrial field services
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Positive, solutions-oriented attitude with a talent for quickly establishing trust
  • Proven experience in leading teams, mentoring technicians, and serving as a senior or lead technician
  • Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of Canadian health and safety protocols, quality standards, and field operations
  • Familiarity with composite repair standards (Category 1–5) is an asset — willingness to learn is equally valued
  • Working knowledge of Canadian health and safety requirements applicable to the field
  • Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel as required within
