Defines and oversees the implementation of QA/QC standards and the CSL Operation System across the ecosystem. Leads cross-site initiatives, coaches leadership, and drives continuous improvement to eliminate non-value added activities.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business field with over 10 years of experience in operational leadership roles. Proficiency in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and experience in global process alignment are highly preferred.
6 Places a high priority on developing others through coaching, feedback.
7 Foster a culture of continuous improvement, training and mentoring while focusing on operational efficiency and the elimination of “non-value added” activities.

Annual gross base salary: €92,000–€113,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, the role may be eligible for an annual performance bonus and other company benefits.
