Responsible for greeting plasma donors and conducting registration and health screening procedures to verify suitability for donation. This includes performing vital sign checks, finger sticks for hematocrit levels, and educating donors on center policies.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three months of experience in a clerical or customer service role, preferably in a medical environment. Candidates must be able to perform basic math and handle physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
