Job Summary
The Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) provides strategic and operational leadership for enterprise-wide projects and programs. This role ensures initiatives are aligned with organizational goals, compliant with funding requirements, appropriately resourced and successfully delivered to support mission impact.

It was incorporated in 1980 to provide service, research and advocacy in the fields of child care, child development and family well being. Crystal Stairs employs over 350 people in its operation of state and federally funded child care programs and other child care-related projects and programs funded by public and private contracts and grants. Crystal Stairs’ multi-ethnic, interdisciplinary staff has considerable experience in early childhood education, child care provider training and technical assistance, subsidy program management and service delivery, program research and evaluation, and specialized forms of technical assistance. The agency has established working relationships with federal, state and local government agencies, professional associations, community groups and private organizations to promote healthy, enriching lives for children and their families.
