The Foreman is responsible for overseeing jobsite safety, quality, and crew task assignments to ensure projects are completed correctly. They also manage vehicle checklists, material stocks, and coordinate directly with general contractors and customers.
Candidates must possess a valid Wisconsin driver's license and the ability to lift 100 pounds repeatedly while working outdoors. Three years of field experience in concrete work is preferred along with proficiency in using power tools.
