About the role
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative, hands-on Brand Marketing Manager to help shape and elevate the Crossing brand. This role will lead brand marketing initiatives across social media, content, events, partnerships, and customer experiences while helping build a consistent and engaging brand presence across every customer touchpoint.

What you'll do

Brand Marketing

• Develop and execute brand marketing initiatives that strengthen Crossing's brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging, voice, and visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
• Partner with leadership to support new product launches, retail initiatives, partnerships, and company priorities.
• Ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and enhance the overall customer experience.

Social Media & Content

• Own the social media content strategy across key platforms.
• Manage content calendars and oversee internal content creators, photographers and creative partners.
• Collaborate with livestream and retail teams to develop engaging content that highlights products, events, and community stories.
• Monitor social media performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and analytics.

Events & Community

• Lead marketing efforts for conventions, retail activations, product launches, community events, and special experiences.
• Help create memorable customer experiences that strengthen community engagement and brand loyalty.
• Coordinate event marketing assets, promotional campaigns, and post-event performance reporting.

Partnerships & Brand Collaborations

• Support marketing initiatives related to strategic partnerships, influencers, licensing partners, and collaborations.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency across campaigns.
• Oversee relationships with external PR and marketing partners to ensure brand messaging is aligned.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in brand marketing, consumer marketing, marketing communications, or a related field.
• Experience managing social media strategy and content marketing for a consumer-facing brand.
• Experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and in-person channels.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
