The Director will lead translational strategy and biomarker development to advance therapeutic programs toward clinical trials. They will serve as the primary translational lead on cross-functional teams and manage external collaborations and vendor relationships.
Candidates must hold an MD, MD/PhD, or Ph.D. in a relevant scientific field with at least 5 years of industry experience in translational science. A strong background in immuno-oncology and experience with biologics or T-cell engager development is required.

This individual will provide scientific and strategic leadership for translational efforts for one or more programs guiding the advancement of Crossbow’s therapeutic pipeline toward clinical development. The ideal candidate will work closely with research, clinical, and development partners and will help to shape integrated development plans and contribute to clinical and scientific deliverables.
