The Facilities Assistant is responsible for routine maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections to ensure the dealership runs efficiently. This includes coordinating with external vendors and managing space logistics and emergency responses.
Candidates need 1-3 years of experience in commercial facility maintenance or a related skilled trade. A valid driver's license and the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting 50 lbs and climbing ladders are required.
