The technician is responsible for maintaining assigned properties according to company standards and performing routine equipment checks to prevent failures. Duties include troubleshooting problems, making repairs, and handling heavy lifting of furniture and equipment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen are required.
