Perform skilled mechanical repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on an off-road fleet and customer equipment. Maintain detailed maintenance reports and ensure all activities adhere to safety policies and manufacturer specifications.
Requires a Grade 12 diploma and a Journeyman Equipment Technician (Off Road) or Red Seal certification. Candidates must have at least two years of post-certification experience with dozers, graders, and excavators, plus a valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's License.

Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Service Manager, the HET (Off Road) is responsible to perform skilled tasks in the mechanical repair and maintenance of our Off Road fleet, as well as, external customer equipment. The incumbent will troubleshoot major and minor mechanical problems, as well as repair and adjust all necessary mechanical components.
The incumbent will conduct all activities in a manner that supports the mission, vision and values of CILTD, as well as adherence to all established Policies and Procedures.
Multiple Shift Availability; rotation of 7 days on, 7 days off.
