Gather and review job descriptions, essential job functions, and other role-specific information to support the interactive process.
Partner with Prudential to manage required documentation, case updates, and vendor coordination while maintaining appropriate confidentiality.
When an accommodation is approved, coordinate with the HRBP and manager to support implementation, communication, and ongoing follow-up as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (continued)

Deliver FCC/EEO reporting support by gathering and validating data, maintaining documentation, coordinating stakeholders, and submitting reports on time.
Reporting, Records & Risk Management:

Flag emerging compliance risks using trackers, metrics, reporting, and program data.
Track critical deadlines for FCC/EEO reporting, immigration renewals, workers’ compensation follow-up, and compliance training completion.
Maintain accurate records and data integrity while safeguarding sensitive employee information.
