Provide daily living support, personal hygiene assistance, and medication administration for adults with intellectual disabilities. Accompany residents in community activities and maintain a safe environment using behavior management skills.
Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a DHS background study. Experience with autism or intellectual disabilities is preferred but not required as training is provided.
Covenant Ability Network of Minnesota (CANMN) is currently hiring a full-time Direct Support Professional to provide services to clients in the Blaine, MN area.
FULL-TIME HOURS (40 HOURS):
Weekdays: Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm
Staff are required to work a shift every other weekend.
Level I DSP: $19.00 hourly on Weekdays / $20.00 hourly on Weekends

Full-time staff who work between 30 - 35 hours per week are offered the following benefits: Medical and 403B Retirement Plan.
