Responsible for the direct care, supervision, and safety of residents in a behavioral health setting. This includes facilitating rehabilitative groups and documenting clinical information to support treatment goals.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and certifications in CPR and de-escalation/restraint. Experience working with the facility's specific population is preferred.
