직무 소개

CXM 조직은 쿠팡이츠서비스로 인입되는 모든 고객의 소리를 관리하고 고객의 만족을 위해 해결 및 개선할 수 있도록 데이터 분석, 콜 모니터링 등 모든 운영 업무를 수행하는 조직입니다.

일반 고객 뿐만 아니라 Eats Delivery Partner(배달파트너), 상점을 대상으로 운영 팀을 세분화하여 각 팀에서 모든 활동을 통해 고객 경험을 개선시키고 만족도를 극대화하는 조직입니다.

또한 고객, 배달파트너, 상점으로 부터 인입되는 Critical Issue를 신속하게 대응하고 서비스의 품질을 보증하는 Risk Management 팀도 존재하며 고객, 스토어, 배달 파트너의 서비스 리스크를 모니터링하고 분쟁 해결 정책 수립 및 재발 방지 대책 관련 수립 지원 업무도 하고 있습니다.

업무 내용

CS정책 검토, 프로세스 정비, 관련 SOP 마련
상담 서비스 고도화 제안 및 개선 업무 수행
문의 유형에 따른 상담 가이드 및 지침 제공
고객센터 상담의 일관성/신속성을 위한 CS지식 관리
VOC 분석을 통한 서비스 개선점 도출

자격 요건

4년제 대학 졸업자이신 분
고객서비스 3년 이상 및 동종업계 경험이 있으신 분
이커머스 또는 음식배달 CS업무 유관 경험이 있으신 분
CS 프로세스 및 정책 개선의 경험을 가지신 분
스케쥴 근무가 가능하신 분
